Maison Butterfly: Returns & Terms

Maison Butterfly makes with your satisfaction in mind, hoping each piece brings pleasure to the beholder. 

Nevertheless, sometimes things just aren't how we hoped.

PLEASE CONTACT before sending anything so we can start the process, and avoid any problems.

RETURNS: If something is not right, there's a 7 day window from arrival, to return, refund or exchange your item, if unworn and undamaged (except for earrings, unfortunately) and returned in perfect condition and original packaging. 

Please use a secure signed-for postal method as returns are your responsibility.

BESPOKE -Full Refunds for Bespoke -custom made items will not be possible due to personalisation. 

RINGS -Please size your rings carefully before purchase, I recommend going to your local jeweller, or contact me and I will send you a ring-sizer.  If the ring doesn't fit, contact me, as some rings will be able to be sized, though some unfortunately not, and as I'm unable to personally size your finger, in some cases, you may have to have your piece re-sized at your local jeweller at your own expense. 

Some of my rings are not re-sizable.
